If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price.

 

Please note that there are no returns or refunds provided on electronic products (i.e., eDrills, ePractices, eSkills, eClinics) which cannot successfully be returned and/or the user had full access. Electronic products available for purchase are immediately downloadable to the user's computer. Due to the electronic nature of these products, these products cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable. However, if you have any technical difficulties in downloading or accessing the product(s) after purchase, please contact our Technical Support. We would be happy to assist you.
